Aug 06, 2015 · The errors we've been getting are related to the Typescript compiler version. The errors are below. I noticed that it was trying to use v14.0 of Visual Studio. We're still on Visual Studio 2013. So, I changed the build definition to target v12.0. This did not fix it. I also tried specifying the Typescript version number in our vbproj files.

Try deleting the bin folder in the prject which will force all the code to get recompiled. this normally works. don't worry VS will recreate the bin folder when it doesn't exist.

So I had a postbuild script that I now delete that core-pkg directory (using rifraf ) so the lib directory looks like:
Dec 28, 2020 · Apparently, the problem was related to a strange option switch used by the Visual Studio 2015’s MSBuild task: --listEmittedFiles , which has been introduced in TypeScript 2.0 and shouldn’t be used with earlier versions of TypeScript such as the one he was using to compile my project, which was 1.7.5.
